Fleischer Consulting offers a wide range of solutions and process know-how in the areas of traffic telematics and intelligent transportation solutions (ITS) with the focus on electronic road user charging (RUC), enforcement and intelligent mobility solutions in urban and non-urban areas.
The consulting company was founded in 2002 by Wolfgang Fleischer after 20 years of work in the fields of telecommunications and transmission technology as well as quality management. From the very beginning, the focus was on the topics of technology, organization and quality management, production transfer, system design and project management.
A first highlight was the decisive support of the realization phase of the first nationwide fully electronic truck toll system on motorways and expressways in Austria.
This was followed by consultancy activities in the fields already mentioned above for further large road toll projects, both during tendering phases, as well as during implementation phases. Worth mentioning are: The Czech truck toll system MYTO-CZ and the Polish truck toll system via TOLL in Europe, the LBJ TEXpress Lane project in Dallas USA and the e-toll project in South Africa.
